The work itself spans whatever needs spanning, a difficult conversation you're dreading, a leader you're not sure about, an org design question, or possibly, a team dynamic that's slowing everything down. Sometimes it's a quick text. Sometimes it opens into something bigger. Usually both.

Sometimes the team needs to get in a room and work through something together. It could be a strategic moment, a reset, or simply a conversation that hasn't happened yet.
Before I design anything, I listen. I do individual conversations with team members first to understand what's actually happening beneath the surface. Every session is built from that, not from a template.
This can be a standalone engagement or part of an ongoing engagement.
