Most people who reach out are carrying something they haven't been able to fully name yet.

It might be a leader who isn't working out but nobody will say it out loud. Or the lines of communication are frayed because trust hasn't been built, or somewhere along the way it broke down. What's consistent is that something important isn't being said, and everyone feels it.

I help both sides find the words, and then I bring them together. It's personal work, and it requires trust. Building that trust, on all sides, is always where we start.

The first call is about making sure you feel heard - not just the surface problem, but what's underneath it. I'm not here to judge the situation or the people in it. I'm here to help you figure out what's actually going on and what to do about it.

From there, the work tends to unfold in layers. What starts as one problem usually opens into something more connected. This often includes org design, leadership dynamics, how the founder needs to shift, how the team needs to be built or rebuilt. I move between all of it. That's the point.

My approach is direct and warm in equal measure. I take the work seriously without getting lost in it. I bring levity when it helps and candor when it's needed. And I'm always focused on what moves things forward.
