Leadership is an inside-out practice. And the higher you rise, the less feedback you receive which means the patterns that limit you become harder to see, and easier to rationalize.

This is the work of making those patterns visible.

Executive coaching with me starts before our first session. I begin with a mini-360 - qualitative conversations with the people around you to understand how you're experienced as a leader, where you're at your best, and where there's a gap between your intent and your impact. I pair that with an Enneagram assessment, which gives us a window into the internal motivations and subconscious patterns that drive how you lead. This is the stuff that doesn't show up in a 360 but shapes everything.

From there we work together, usually over six months, to close that gap. Not through a formula, but through honest conversation, careful observation, and the kind of direct feedback most people don't get anywhere else.

The goal isn't to fix anything. It's to help you lead with more clarity, more range, and more of who you actually are.

Who this is for

Senior leaders - founders, executives, partners - who are navigating a significant transition, carrying more than they can hold alone, or who simply know there's more available to them than what they're currently accessing.

Two formats

A full engagement runs six months with biweekly sessions, Enneagram assessment, and a 360 feedback process. For leaders inside existing client relationships, I offer a lighter three-month format: a focused 360, six sessions, and a clear starting point for the work ahead.
